Scouting report
Worked on Linux filesystems including ext4, ChunkFS and union mounts, and wrote a long-running series on filesystem design for LWN. Co-founded the Ada Initiative, whose example anti-harassment policy was adopted across a large part of the conference circuit and materially changed what open source events tolerate.
